I need all the stars in the night sky to give a star based rating for Mint. This establish is OUTSTANDING. There is nothing on their menu that will disappoint you.

Such great service and amazing food! Definitely want to go back. From out of town and tried this place for my birthday - did not disappoint! Fresh rolls and Pad Thai - gluten free as well :-)

We only have been here a few times now, and it has been such an amazing time always. The owner is present and always welcoming and very friendly. If you don't understand something on the menu they'll explain it or what it is alas very helpful. Now the food, the FOOD IS AMAZING. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, I highly recommend the Indian curry with a side of paratha, although you can't go wrong with anything you pick. Thank you Mint Thai Cuisine. First of all, the atmosphere of this place is amazing, you enter and the staff greet you and are so friendly. They have a cool Chinese cooking show they constantly had playing the entire time we were there, and what I think was Balinese gamelan music playing which was pretty neat. Onto the actual staff, and I mention them before the food because the service was out of this world. The woman, who I assume is either a manager or the owner judging from how she interacted with returning locals, was so funny and kind and went out of her way to treat us right. At the end she even gave us extra candies after we expressed how good they were. The actual food was incredible for the price, the pad Thai was only 12 bucks but easily could've been double that for the quantity and quality they give. The drinks came out a little slow but they were so good that I had completely forgotten about that by the time I was done with them. I heard good things about the spring rolls (you can see it in the back of my photo) and they're really big. We'll definitely be coming back more than once in our time here.

Food and service was excellent. They are so nice hear and make great recommendations. I had green curry extra spicy and it was hot like I love it. My wife pad Thai was delicious. Chicken wings are very good as well.

I'm a bit late on this review after my lunch last week. I've been by MINT a few dozen times and failed to notice this pleasant little spot on the corner. My mistake. Stopped in for a late lunch on the search for Pho. Mint, the proprietor, met me at the door and set me up right away. (I like to sit at the service counter to check out the kitchen through the doors). Menu selection was awesome. Had a hard time choosing, but as a Pho freak, had to start there to begin my eval. Phenomenal! This Pho is not served "Thai-Med", as many are and can be overly spicy. Served nicely seasoned, with a homemade Thai pepper and garlic sauce to add the heat you need. OMG tasty! I dosed to the point of a mild sweat. Ordered crab rangoon and a fried tofu salad for dinner later in the day. Excellent. MINT is family run, clean, well lit, extensive menu and rumor is, the best pad thai in town. Careful of the traffic, especially during snow bird season, it is on a busy corner my only concern with MINT in Punta Gordo. Enjoy!

Best authentic Thai food in the Port Charlotte Punta Gorda area. Great service with a very homey ambience. New to the area, but finally I have found my spot! The owner is great. Will be a regular for sure! Thank you Mint for your hospitality. 5
